NOW SEEKING: LABOURERS

​

MISSEL Property Services Inc. is seeking responsible, dependable individuals to
assume the position of labourer. Labourers will be responsible to work collaboratively
with the team to hit targets and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

• Level aggregate

• Install interlock brick

• Use stone saw to cut brick

• Assist with Gardening projects (creating garden beds, planting)

• Lawn mowing, trimming and blow-down of property

• Operating equipment responsibly and safely

• Litter pick-up

• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications Required:

 

• Must have a Valid G License and transportation to and from work on a daily basis

• Must be able to meet fellow crew members at shop on a daily basis

• Minimum 2 years commercial/estate lawn maintenance experience, including

       operating zero turn and walk-behind lawn mowers, commercial trimmers and blowers

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds; push a heavy loaded wheel barrel

• Must be able to take and follow instructions

• Must be reliable and dependable

• Must be able to work in a team setting

• Must be flexible and able to re-prioritize as necessary

• Must be willing to work in a variety of weather/environmental conditions

• Must be physically fit and have a positive attitude
